Our Slow Flow yoga is equal parts strength and support. Expect core work, balance, chaturangas, and strength-based poses, woven together to challenge and nurture your body. Props and modifications are always encouraged—these classes are approachable for all levels, inviting you to move at your own pace while building courage, strength, and power.

BARRE STRENGTH IS A BARRE-LESS, LOW-IMPACT, HIGH-REP, 45-MINUTE WORKOUT THAT BUILDS STAMINA WHILE CHALLENGING YOUR STRENGTH, BALANCE, AND STABILITY. WITH MORE EMPHASIS ON STRENGTH TRAINING THAN TRADITIONAL BARRE. YOU’LL USE SMALL, CONTROLLED MOVEMENTS AND LIGHT RESISTANCE TO TONE, LENGTHEN, AND STRENGTHEN YOUR ENTIRE BODY.

A 45-minute, breath-led practice designed to reconnect you to presence. This class links movement and breath in a continuous, mindful flow supported by music that enhances, not overpowers. Expect a mix of faster-paced sequences and intentional holds to build heat, strength, and clarity — all while letting your breath guide the way through each transition.
