BARRE STRENGTH IS A BARRE-LESS, LOW-IMPACT, HIGH-REP, 45-MINUTE WORKOUT THAT BUILDS STAMINA WHILE CHALLENGING YOUR STRENGTH, BALANCE, AND STABILITY. WITH MORE EMPHASIS ON STRENGTH TRAINING THAN TRADITIONAL BARRE. YOU’LL USE SMALL, CONTROLLED MOVEMENTS AND LIGHT RESISTANCE TO TONE, LENGTHEN, AND STRENGTHEN YOUR ENTIRE BODY.

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Sweat Towel
  • Bottled Water

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early So you can get your favorite spot and your area set up!
