Slow Flow

Our Slow Flow yoga is equal parts strength and support. Expect core work, balance, chaturangas, and strength-based poses, woven together to challenge and nurture your body. Props and modifications are always encouraged—these classes are approachable for all levels, inviting you to move at your own pace while building courage, strength, and power.

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Sweat Towel
  • Bottled Water

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early So you can get your favorite spot and relax on your mat.
