Barre Align is a 45-minute fusion of Pilates, Yoga, and Barre-Based strength, designed to stabilize your joints, activate your core, and build balanced power from the inside out.
You’ll move with purpose — slow holds, controlled pulses, resistance bands, light weights, Pilates balls, sliders, and breath-work to help you deepen focus, support proper alignment, and challenge the body without overwhelm.
This class is for anyone who wants to feel strong, aligned, and connected — physically and mentally. Expect heat, strength, core activation, and a grounding flow to close.
No experience required — just curiosity, breath, and a willingness to grow.
