Vinyasa to Yin is a 60-minute journey that begins with breath-linked movement and ends in deep release.

You’ll start with a flowing vinyasa sequence designed to elevate the heart rate, awaken strength, build heat, and clear mental space. Then we shift into Yin, dropping into longer passive holds that target fascia, mobility, and nervous system reset.

This class blends:

  • Mindful breath-work
