Slow Flow to Yin is a 60-minute journey that begins with intentional, breath-led movement and ends in deep stillness.

You’ll start with a slow, controlled flow designed to build gentle heat, improve mobility, and create space in the body while staying grounded in alignment and breath. Then we transition into Yin, settling into longer passive holds that target fascia, support flexibility, and calm the nervous system.

This class blends:

  • Mindful breath-work

  • Gentle strength + mobility-focused flow

  • Fascial release + flexibility work

  • Nervous-system calming stillness
